Welcome to the MAC App, designed to support you to get the most out of the Mindfulness for Adolescents and Carers groups in the ATTEND project. The App contains summaries of each weekly group session, a reminder of weekly home practice, and links to audios and interactive worksheets. You can personalise the App, set your own reminders, and choose your favourite practices. The App will still be available after the 8-week group sessions finish, to help you continue your mindfulness journey independently.
